Kangaroo Whole Wheat Flatbread or Tandoori Naan bread
Roasted Red Pepper Tapenade (I use HEB brand
Tomato basil feta or plain feta, crumbled
Chopped sundried tomatoes
Chopped kalamata olives
Fresh Roma tomatoes sliced in half
Pickled jalapeños (optional)
Spread tapenade on flatbread. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
